PETAL Course Registration

Registering for a PETAL course is simple and fast. Register for any course using the link at the bottom of each PETAL course page. Each class has a limited number of participants to ensure optimal interaction between attendees and the trainer. So register early to reserve your seat at the next PETAL course. Find available PETAL courses under "Training".

Registration Details

• Registration is confirmed only after payment is made.
• Register for any PETAL course using the link at the bottom of each course page.
• Registration fees cover the training cost, coffee breaks and lunch, but not hotel or dinner expenses.
• PETAL is not responsible for your travel or hotel expenses. However, we may help you find a hotel near PETAL if you require assistance. In some cases, we may arrange a complimentary shuttle for transport between your hotel, PETAL, St Exupéry Airport or Lyon train station.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that PETAL may cancel or reschedule courses up to 14 days prior to the start date. A full refund of the tuition fee will be provided in the event of a cancellation (Note that PETAL will not be responsible for travel or hotel expenses). If you cancel your registration, the refunds will be made based on the following criteria:

• Cancel 30 days prior to the course, and receive a full refund
• Cancel 14 days prior to the course, and receive a 90% refund or option to reschedule the course
• Cancel 5 days prior to the course, and receive a 50% refund or option to reschedule the course
• No refunds are given for cancellation within 5 days of the course start date.

You have the option to transfer your course registration to a colleague within your organization.
