This document describes the automated protocol for the Identity Automation™ Plexor® HY System on the Tecan Freedom EVO® automated liquid-handling workstation. The automated method for Plexor® HY System prepares 96-well PCR plates for DNA quantitation of up to 80 unknown DNA samples per plate using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
