Many Promega assays rely upon luminescent readings. Here, we describe Promega Reporter-based Bioassay Principles. Effector cells are engineered to express either FcγR, immune checkpoint, cytokine, or growth factor receptors/ligands, and luciferase reporters are driven by an appropriate response element that is based on the mechanism of action. In the presence of antibodies and/or target cells expressing the relevant antigen, the effector cells will transduce intracellular signals, resulting in luciferase activity that can be easily quantified.

What products are included in the program? Promega’s entire portfolio is all included within the speed up program.
What about CRISPR content? Promega is fully licenced to produce and provide CRISPR engineered cell lines to all customer segments.
What pricing will I be offered? Pricing depends on the type of engagement and collaboration you agree upon with your Promega account manager.
Are there minimum order requirements? There are no requirements for order size, volume or frequency.
Is there a fee to join? Aside from the cost of the products you purchase, there is no additional cost to join the program.
*Do I qualify for the instrument discount? The 20% discount on GloMax and Maxwell instruments is applicable to companies that started no later than 2 years ago.
What’s the catch? There is no catch, but there are terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are designed to support a partnership between Promega and startup/spin off researchers to apply Promega’s cutting edge technologies to the most urgent biomedical R&D. Terms and conditions are specific to each geographical region and you should contact your local Promega account manager for more information.
Is this program available in my geographical region? This program is currently exclusively available in the Benelux countries for companies based in one of these three countries.
What do you expect from me? The Promega Speed Up Program is a tool to enable young companies to develop their business successfully. We may require you to share product related data with our R&D team (in complete confidence) or we may offer you the opportunity to present your work at a conference attended by Promega. The exact level of collaboration will be agreed upon prior to acceptance into the Speed Up Program.
